Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be committed to diligent fact-checking and attention to detail and will have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. S/he will be creative, take initiative, be a problem-solver, possess a positive attitude, and have a desire for knowledge acquisition. 


  • Work together with the Loan Processing and Sales team to coordinate underwriting and closing of prospective loans
  • Conduct credit & valuation analysis, perform due diligence, prepare documents
  • Maintain line of communication and coordinate with third parties to ensure proper underwriting protocols are met
  • Manage a monthly pipeline of loans including gathering required information and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate various internal and external teams to create a seamless closing experience for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating and cooperating with all borrowers and partners


  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical, organizational, oral and written communication skills required
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • An interest in finance, real estate, and/or banking
  • Quick learner with new software platforms
  • Strong online research skills
  • Professional and punctual
