Who are we looking for?

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and customer relationship skills to join our Business Development Team. You will gain experience working in the real estate industry and interacting with borrowers of all sizes and backgrounds. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a clearly defined career path. 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Pimlico Capital.
  • Develop a strategic plan for prospecting new potential borrowers from the public domain and/or purchased data.
  • Create a great first impression for our potential borrowers by providing them with a world class experience.
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with borrowers.
  • Consistently achieve both personal and business objectives
  • Work effectively with the marketing and sales team


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred 
  • 2 + Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation 
  • Strong desire to be in sales and/or account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Consistently achieve both personal and business objectives
  • The highest level of integrity


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience being held to metrics a plus
  • Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Experience in Real Estate industry a plus
